Sole representative of Canada at the biggest international exhibition of landscape architecture schools, the UNESCO Chair in Landscape and Environmental Design at Université de Montréal (CUPEUM) presented 9 projects that won awards in connection with its Workshops_atelier/terrain (WAT) held in China and Japan. These urban design projects drew the attention of the organizers of this international biennale due to the academic approach of its Workshops_atelier/terrain (WATs) and to the intercultural and transdisciplinary approach used in this activity, supported by UNESCO and the host cities. The exhibition will be presented in several European universities over the coming months.
